- The interface is intuitive and easily accessible(mobile)
- The courses and progress can be tracked easily
- The ‘Test Your Knowledge’ component is very helpful

- Treatment incompliance by patients and lack of support
- Include video tutorials as they are an effective format for lessons
- Training on diagnostic evaluation and infection control is required
- Nurses require conference/ workshop information

- The platform layout was reconstructed
- Video tutorials and case studies are included
- The course content focuses on diagnostic evaluation and infection control
- Timely planned events section(desk) has been added
- 24hour WhatsApp line(desk) is available for patients queries on treatment plans etc
